The follow bug doesn't exist with other icons, only with icons for select the content type in a content box. The tooltip appear when the cursor enters the icon area, but if you move it (still inside the icon area), the tooltip disappear.
Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
Thank you for the answer. I've already tested in safe mode following the link instructions, but the issue continued.
I think it might be fixed in master. Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ? You can install it alongside the standard version. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
I've already tried with the dev version, but I can't run it. An error like "the program can't run because the api-ms-win-runtime-l1-1-0.dll file doesn't exist" appear. (it's not exactly that message, I translated it roughly).
Try to follow these steps in order to fix the problem: https://www.smartftp.com/support/kb/the-program-cant-start-because-api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0dll-is-missing-f2702.html
I've tried with the dev version (the dll's problem is solved), but the bug is still present.

I don't understand how to do this. Please explain. What are these icons and where are they? Set to NEEDINFO. Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.
