Description:
LibO is querying the font file for every character chosen in the special character dialog

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Open the Insert special character dialog
3. Open Process Monitor with filter set to the process name soffice.bin and enable capture
4. Click on the different characters shown in the dialog (single click)


Actual Results:  
The font file will be accessed very time

Expected Results:
Shouldn't do that

Confirmed using 5.3.0.3 / Windows 7. Doesn't occur with 5.2.7.2.
