When clicking only once between the trackbar and any of the up and down arrows, the sheet goes up or down multiple pages, not only one page. I noticed that in LibreOffice Calc v5.3.4.2 X64 on Windows 7 SP1.
Where does it say that clicking somewhere between would jump one page? Actually what happens is that it jumps proportionally to the length of the scrollbar and the length of the document, so the more rows you have filled the more pages you jump when clicking at the same position. Compare with dragging the scrollbar to approximately the same position.
