I USE A BLACKED THEM, BUT CALC OR DRAW OPENS FINE. NEITHER AN OPEN WITH A FILE .doc . Steps to Reproduce: 1.FROM VISUAL MODE LAUNCH THE ICON LIBREOFFICE WRITER OR FROM THE LIBREOFFICE LAUNCHER 2. FROM SHELL WRITE libreoffice --writer 3. Actual Results: WRITER IS UNUSABLE Expected Results: NEXT UPGRADE IF IT'S POSSIBLE, I TRY TO CHANGE ALSO THE THEME SOLUTION BUT NOTHING GOOD. I can't reproduce it in Version: 5.3.4.2 Build ID: 1:5.3.4-0ubuntu0.16.10.1~lo0.1 CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Linux 4.8; UI Render: default; VCL: gtk3; Layout Engine: new; Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
I use a recent new installed Debian Stretch, the theme is BlackBird, and the vers. 5.2.7 of Writer crash, better, doesn't start-ip and give me the pointer reference with 3 .css files which remind me to the theme. If I restore default theme nothing's gonna change. But strange is that Calc and the others start-up and run perfectly. That's all.
