Description:
For the latest 5.4 release, the MD5 checksums from the Japan mirror and layerjet.com do not match. However the German mirror matches.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. downloaded from layerjet mirror
2. downloaded from Japan mirror
3. downloaded from German mirror, matches and installed.

Actual Results:  
ok

Expected Results:
ok


Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

The two mirrors has been disabled, btw...
