I personally had already bypassed the problem, you can also scratch this report, but the problem is obvious and it does not seem right to close the issue with a "RESOLVED NOTABUG" sentence (do you know Ponzio Pilato?). In my opinion: 1st) it is not resolved, 2nd) if it is not a bug, what is it? Greetings.

well, the previous report was very long and probably hard to understand or follow and that could have led to misunderstanding about the nature of the bug. the devs closed it but asked you to start a new report from scratch with a simplified version and "idiot-proof" instructions to reproduce it. so they are trying to understand what you reported, not to ignore it, otherwise they wouldn't have asked you to open a new one.
Created attachment 135172 [details] Corrected sample A couple of stuffs, 1) Sfondo roso style has not background color defined. 2) Cells has a direct format with the background color, so it's provoke a mistake about how CF is working. Attached file show how CF is working, with Sfondo roso with a Dark red as background color for the style.
