Description Tamás Zolnai 2017-08-12 14:33:00 UTC
Description:
On area dialog we can set gradient transparency. It works for shapes very well for example, but when I set for a slide background it does not work. The background is rednered as if no transparency would be set at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Open area dialog (slide context menu -> Slide Properties
2. Change slide background to a Color fill (Background tab) and set some gradient transparency (Transparency tab)
3.

Actual Results:
Transparency setting has no effect on slide background

Expected Results:
Gradient transparency should be applied on slide background.

Reproducible: Always

This is still the case with Version: 7.6.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64)
Build ID: 29c2bba1f3ef216d226c97197185066880fc1ab5
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.0; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US

Note that the dialog setting the gradient transparency properly shows
the preview - it's the actual slide that then does not. See attached
screenshot.
