Description: Other PDF settings for the PDF button can be defined via the export dialog in the menu. Signature and timestamp settings can't. It is very slow to define these settings for every single PDF export. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Export a PDF via File - Export as PDF 2. Enter Signature and TSA settings in the dialogue. 3. Try to do it again. You will have to enter the settings again. 4. Same as 3. for direct PDF export via button. Actual Results: Expected Results: Save the settings as the settings on the other tabs are saved. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:36.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/36.0
Thank you for reporting the bug. it seems you're using an old version of LibreOffice. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
I confirm the behavior in Versie: 6.0.3.2 Build ID: 8f48d515416608e3a835360314dac7e47fd0b821 CPU-threads: 4; Besturingssysteem: Linux 4.13; UI-render: standaard; VCL: gtk2; Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL.UTF-8); Calc: group (Cannot confirm in master because of bug 117410 ) Export to PDF, set Signature on tab Digital Siganture On next export, info there is not available; if one wishes to sign, the information has to be entered again. However, not sure if it is a good idea that this is remembered automatically. Maybe adding an option on that tab page "[ ] remember for next export" Adding ux-advise
Would keep the signature data, at least. Ideally, there is a checkbox on the first tab "[ ] Use signature" that is disabled when no signature data has been entered.
No further input, removing UX.
