Description:
Adding or removing decimal to a number coming from a formula leads to ###.
No problem when the decimal number is a direct input in the cell.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Input a formula like =-(2330*12+11172/18)
2. Try to add or remove decimals with the ad-hoc buttons


Actual Results:  
###

Expected Results:
A number with less or more decimals...

The ### indicates, that the column is not wide enough to show all digits. If you add or remove decimal places you leave the default number style where so many digits are used, that all are visible.
To solve your problem you can remove more digits or you can make the column wider.

I guess it would be more natural to add or remove digits from the number that is displayed.
