Description:
generating serial letters has a new bug: only every second record is included in printout or saved file.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. with include ALL records: all uneven records are included.
2. with all records highlighted: all even records are included.
3. there is no way to include all records.

Actual Results:  
every second record is generated.

Expected Results:
every record should be generated.

there was a hidden field "next record" in the middle of the letter. after replacing this field with the correct field name (without "next record" everything is fine.
