Description:
It is necessary to use two levels of quotation marks when entering Russian text.
Example: He said: "Now the "Death Star" is destroyed".
Russian:
Now: Он сказал: «Теперь «Звезда смерти» уничтожена».
Required: Он сказал: «Теперь „Звезда смерти“ уничтожена».

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select: 'Options' - 'Language' - 'All text' - 'Russian'
2. Enter text: Он сказал: "Теперь "Звезда смерти" уничтожена".
3.

Actual Results:  
Он сказал: «Теперь «Звезда смерти» уничтожена».

Expected Results:
Он сказал: «Теперь „Звезда смерти“ уничтожена».


Reproducible: Always

2 Buovjaga: IMHO, need to make option in AutoCorrect, which will be control this nuance. Not automatic input.

This is not the recommended method, "if for technical reasons a typesetting of quote marks of another picture is not possible".
