Description: Hello, this problem is very nasty. It first arrived for me in the early versions of Open Office until Open Office 4.0.1 ! Then they must have changed something becaus in Open Office 4.1.3 the problem was gone. There the font was displayed correctly. Now I wanted to move to Libre Office and the problem is back in LibreOffice. It only happens with this specific font ITC Avant Garde Gothic Std. I will attach the font so you can try out for yourself. It does not happen in other programs like textedit or Microsoft Office. Best regards unic0rned Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a table 2. Created attachment 136188 [details] I edited the font to try to make it work in Open Office this is what came out This font I edited with font forge and tried to heighten the baseline. It did help somewhat in Open Office but not in Libre Office. Try this one as well

@Alex : we can not accept uploading of fonts to the server that are not under a free and opensource licence. If you need to reference a font that is causing a problem, you can post a link to the general page where the font may be obtained legally, or else obtain authorisation from the font copyright holder to make the font available on the bugzilla server.
