I think my problem is related to Bug108406 I have read the last comment's and the behavior is the same with deb release off LO 5.4.2.1rc
No crash for me with Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 6132e8d2868e26ffe079e540b23a408e6201d339 Threads CPU : 4; OS : Linux 4.4; UI Render : par défaut; VCL: gtk3; Ubuntu_16.04_x86-64 Locale : fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8); Calc: single built at home under Ubuntu 16.04 x86-64. Best regards. JBF
(In reply to Xavier Van Wijmeersch from comment #3) > I think my problem is related to Bug108406 > I have read the last comment's and the behavior is the same with deb release > off LO 5.4.2.1rc Since you reproduce it in a daily build, I don't think it's related. Could you please try with SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen ?
@Xisco Fauli I did what you ask and i got a core dump and this bash-4.4# SAL_USE_VLCPLUGIN=gen /home/build\ kde4\ libreoffice/program/soffice X Error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) 8 Major opcode: 42 (X_SetInputFocus) Resource id: 0x4000a86 X Error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) 8 Major opcode: 42 (X_SetInputFocus) Resource id: 0x4000a86 X Error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) 8 Major opcode: 42 (X_SetInputFocus) Resource id: 0x4000a86 X Error: BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) 8 Major opcode: 42 (X_SetInputFocus) Resource id: 0x4000a86

Closing as WorksForMe because we don't know which change solved the problem. Best regards. JBF
Well it was probably this one: https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=7e7b9652f44f01fbaf5bc3fde454ba41ce0fe0f7 Now if someone could verify that it indeed no longer crashes in Debian as well
