Description:
When a transparent PNG is imported to LibreOffice Writer or Impress by drag and drop the transparent are becomes black.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag transparent PNG on LO document
2. Background of PNG becomes black

Actual Results:  
Black background of PNG

Expected Results:
Transparent background of PNG


Reproducible: Always
