Description Regina Henschel 2017-10-06 17:45:03 UTC
Start a presentation with "Title,Content" slide. Write some lines in the content and shift the lines to different levels. Save the file. Open content.xml in an editor.

The font for the list symbols is "StarSymbol", but that font is not delivered by LibreOffice and not free available. So in most cases a font substitution will be made.

Request: Use a font, that is delivered by LibreOffice, if a font is needed at all.

Caolán had worked on these for bug 106515 and asked for a new bug if we thought it was an issue. Guess this is it.

Impress still write fo:font-family="StarSymbol" but if not installed we use OpenSymbol since patch 7bb46f684ca939fbbbe67bdb1e427e37eec430a7. Can we resolve this ticket as fixed, wf, wfm?

Why does LibreOffice still use the StarSymbol font, even though there is a fallback to the OpenSymbol font, for the default list in Draw?

Is it worth opening a new report for this issue?
