Description:
I wanted to copy only one sheet from my Calc file as a separate file so did this:
1) over the Sheet name pressed right mouse button --> Move / Copy ...
2) then in new window choosed Copy as a new document
3) now in new document all dates (example 1.10.2017) have changed to year 2013!! (example 30.9.2013)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. over the Sheet name pressed right mouse button --> Move / Copy ...
2. then in new window choosed Copy as a new document
3. now in new document all dates (example 1.10.2017) have changed to year 2013!! (example 30.9.2013)

Actual Results:  
wrong dates

Expected Results:
correct dates

Maybe your file is an excel file and has selected
Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc/Calculate - Date -> 01/01/1904

and the new has default value for LibreOffice 30/12/1899, I guess from default template, modify the setting in accordant.
