Description:
The Impress with Slide Pane view turned on does not always refresh when a Chart from Calc is pated in.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Impress with a multi slide document
2. Enable the Slide Pane
3. Open Calc
4. Copy a chart from Calc and paste into an Impress slide
5. The Slide Pane view doesn't refresh/update to show what was pasted in.

Actual Results:  
The Slide Pane view doesn't refresh/update to show what was pasted in.

Expected Results:
The Slide Pane should refresh/update to show what was pasted in.


Reproducible: Sometimes

@Brian : please provide a minimalist sample impress file (and I imagine the corresponding Calc file) that enables systematic reproduction of the described behaviour, or failing that, complete, detailed instructions enabling us to reproduce the described buggy behaviour.

Setting to NEEDINFO, please set back to UNCONFIRMED once you have provided the requested information.

Please also indicate whether you are using LibreOffice from the AppStore, or the version downloaded from the TDF download page.

The slide preview updated immediately as soon as I pasted in the Calc chart via the shortcut key CMD-V.

I am using Mac OSX 10.13 on a Macmini for the test.
