Hi, I’ve purchased Collaborate Office (5.1.3) from the App Store and I have a problem: when I want to open a file directly from the program, I get the following message:
General I / O error during access to / Users / xxx / Documents / xxxxx.
Can you fix the bug?

Please install the newest version from here, and check if the bug persists.
