Reproducer document.

Steps to reproduce:

1) Open the attached bugdoc.
2) Go to Table1:A2.

Expected: a paragraph list (Table1:A2-P01 -> P06) is visible there.

Actual: only P04->P06 is visible.

If I go to the end of Table:A1-P04 and hit enter, that "fixes" the layout.
