Missing icon nv02.png (or some link to sc_freeline_unfilled.png) with implementation of "helpimg" icon set fake theme.

But, does this feature even shows in Navigator, rather seems to only appear on context menu during presentation as "Mouse pointer as ~pen"

The icon is there in 5.1 so this is a regression.

The offline help is now the same as online.
