Start an empty presentation document. Insert a shape, e.g a right arrow. Apply the animation effect "Spin" of the category "Emphasis". Save it. Unpack the file. Find the element <anim:par>. There a some of them nested. In the inner most you find the attribute presentation:preset-property="Rotate;Accelerate;Decelerate;AutoReverse". But an attribute presentation:preset-property does not exist for a <anim:par> element, see the linked section of the spec.
