Description:
Using two fingers on my touchpad, or my touchscreen, the screen goes black until it moves again. Even if I don't touch it, the screen goes between black and on. When using pgdn or pgup, problem does not appear

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open Writer
2. Scroll down or up
3.

Actual Results:  
Screen blacks out

Expected Results:
Scrolled down 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

This happens with all LibreOffice products

What graphics GPU and driver? And is this with or without OpenGL support enabled.

Copy and post details from Help -> About LibreOffice dialog, and also the system summary and display panels from running msinfo32.exe.
