Description:
Win10 V1709 will NOT allow installation of LibreOffice. Will NOT allow Administration rights for the install, (Run As Administrator).

Actual Results:  
Error 1303

Expected Results:
Fail to install


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Can not reproduce. Have had no issue on Windows 10 Ent, Pro or Home v1709 installing TDF built and mirror delivered builds of 5.4.x

1. please verify the HASH value of the download

2. please run the installation from a command prompt (PS or cmd) launched with Administrator priv and capture an installation log of the failure, e.g.:

msiexec.exe /i LibreOffice_5.4.3.2_Win_x64.msi /L*v installLog543.txt

3. if still failling zip and post the log.
