I have installed a few times. Windows 10. Laptop with not much on it. 
But when ever i open LibreOffice it just goes to a blank window and sit there. It opens in Safe mode but nothing i have tried will get it to open in normal mode. Ideas?

Hello Quentin,
I guess if it open in safe mode but not in normal mode it's due to OpenGL. Could you please try to disable it as explain here:https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL#Crash_on_program_start ?
OTOH, could you please share your OpenGL information as described here: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL#Get_your_computer.27s_OpenGL_information?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

For the OpenGL info, just copy from C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\4\cache\opengl_device.log to a comment

I installed new video drivers and now it seems to work... thanks for the OpenGL hint.

Excellent. Buggy video drivers have been a constant source of reports since the introduction of OpenGL rendering.
