Description Charles Drummond 2017-11-09 18:41:01 UTC
Description:
When selecting Format -> Page I get a system no response error message and must close the windows. This is in Windows 10 on version 5.4.22 and 5.3.7 My stsem is Windows 10 with 8gb memory. Was working correcting before. Was trying to create watermark. Alsomy older odt docs created in older version with watermarks will not load in new version - goes to non resposive error. However will load properly in Linux current version.

Also in the Linux current version I have a similar problem with watermark function. My older Linux created docs are fine but creating any new watermarks causing an improper display with no display on first page and partial display on following pages.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select Format -> Page
2.
3.

Actual Results:
mouse active - in title bar non responsive error message

Expected Results:
go to page format dialog box

Reproducible: Always

Charles emailed me this:
Version: 5.3.7.2 (x64)
Build ID: 6b8ed514a9f8b44d37a1b96673cbbdd077e24059
CPU Threads: 4; OS Version: Windows 6.19; UI Render: default; Layout Engine: new;
Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group

So at least OpenGL is not used and thus cannot be the source of the problem.

Does Format - Page behave normally in a completely new document? If it is OK, then it would be good to attach a problematic document to this report.
