Description:
If I try to print a Liberoffice document (documet or calc sheet) on Canon ImageRUNNER 2530 network printer on Linux/Windows, it gives an error paper out even if the paper tray contains paper. 

Actual Results:  
not printing paper out message and red light on the printer showing paper out. But tray contains paper. 

Expected Results:
it should print

Yes canon IR 2530 Network printer prints all other applications except LiberOffice both on Linux and on Windows

Can you please test with some current LO version like 6.0.6.2 and 6.1.0.3?
Could you check with system admin, if not you, is Canon driver updated?
