The main report gets information from table one and the sub report gets information from a related table. Right: there is only one datasource possible at this moment for the report-builder. Only possibility for a second table/query is the implementation of a chart - but this isn't what you need. Try to get all you need for the report into one query. So you will get the same as it will be shown in a form with subform. The content of the form will be shown in the Group-section. The content of the subform will be shown in Detail-section. I will set this bug to NEW, because it doesen't work directly. I will set the version to Inherited From OOo, because it never worked in another way.
Using detail for sub report only permit one level sub report. But to report only a simple professionnal annuary you need Three level : organisation, site, service... I'm looking for an other solution like Jasper report Studio but it's very complicated to use with Eclipse environment. And using an other environment is not the solution, all integrated into Base is a better solution to distribut a small usefull open source application. So it will be a very good thing to add this new functionality !
