Created attachment 138303 [details] example Dear Sirs: If Ctrl+A is pressed to select all the text of the document, and the "Increase indent" button is pressed.. sometimes the indentation is not increased, but the bullets change. I attach an example.
I think the "increase indent" button is a bit confusing in the case of lists. As far as I concern, it doesn't increase the indent but changes to the next level of the list. Please try the following: 1. Mark the whole text 2. Open context menu => bullets and numbering Here you can see the different indents of the different levels and also the different bullets and you can adjust the bullet list. I close this bug as NOTABUG, if you don't agree, feel free to change it back to UNCONFIRMED.
Created attachment 138349 [details] A case where the Increase indent works as expected Thank you for your attention. I attach another case, if Ctrl+A is pressed to select all the text of the document, and the "Increase indent" button is pressed.. then it works as expected: the indentation is increased.
It's the same behaviour as in the other document. Increase indent changes the list to the next level. But in this case all levels start with 1., 2., ... as you can see when you open bulltets and numbering in the context menu.
In https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=114339#c2 it was written: "I attach another case, if Ctrl+A is pressed to select all the text of the document, and the "Increase indent" button is pressed.. then it works as expected: the indentation is increased" and previously it was written that: in the first document the indentation was not increased... when the "Increase indent" button was pressed.
In Format - Bullets and numbering, go to the Position tab to change the physical indentation.
