Error 2350 is an internal Microsoft Installer error [1], but it could be caused by a bad installer package. You need to verify the HASH value of the .msi installer package you downloaded.

Open the "details" link for the 5.4.3.2 .msi here:

https://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/5.4.3.2/win/x86/

You could also download the package cleanly from here as well (probably should), either way check HASH value (md5, sha1, or sha256) of either to be sure you have a complete package.

Only if the HASH value matches do you have a valid installer.

Next when you attempt to install, run from a command window "Run as Administrator" to assure you have system permissions to install and to capture an installation log. Use this command in the cmd window without the quotes from the directory holding the download:

"msiexec.exe /i LibreOffice_5.4.3.2_Win_x86.msi /L*v installLog5432.txt"

If install completes great your set and we'll close. If not and you still get errors--Zip the install log (too large otherwise) and attach it here. We'll take a look at it.
