Step 5: Print right after setting slide numbers

Reproduction
1. Create a random presentation
2. Go to insert -> Slidenumber...
3. Switch to the Notes and Handouts tab
4. Check all items
   - Header, set some text
   - Date and Time
     - Variable
   - Footer, set some text
   - Slide number
   - Apply to all pages
5. Print the presentations Handouts
-> The handouts will be printed correctly including the selected items (header, footer...) - you can see them being ok in the tiny previev picture
6. Save and close the presentation
7. Reopen it
8. Print again
-> On the previev picture you can see that most of the items are missing, sometimes the page number is there but header, footer, date+time are missing.
