Description:
Hi was at V5.36 and saw a note that new version was available listed two 5.37 or 5.42 ( I believe) opted for 5.42 and after the installation I opened a word document to compose something. It opened and after typing a few lines I saw some typos and activated the spell checker. the machine hung up and would not respond to anything. Waited a while and the machine was still hung up. had to do a hard reset to the machine ( an Asus Laptop running windows 10 64bit which had the current MS updates) After restarting the machine it came up indicating that the hard drive was not there or no OS on it. tried this a few times and now have sorry to say a boat anchor. The machine was running fine prior to it ( Had 8gig memory as well) any thoughts would be appreciated thanks

Actual Results:
could not reproduce the problem since my laptop will not turn on to windows 10 anymore

Expected Results:
epected the machine to reboot and it di not

Reproducible: Always

Sorry to hear about the crash, no idea why Windows 10 couldn't handle it, please consult your OS boot recovery options. Otherwise, update 5.4.4 should be released in a few days, that should be worth a try.
