Description:
Icon on Intel Grafic 520 ( 1920x1080) not displayed as it used to be on LO 5.2x
Same "failure" happens to exist on 5.X , if changed option to experimental

Steps to Reproduce:
1. hardware grafic Intel 520 
2. with and without open-GL
3. User profile had been reset to check

Actual Results:  
ICON: "Datei Öffnen" instead yellow/brown -> several blueish hor. stripes
ICON: "Dateien auf Server" instead yellow/brown -> Black front

Expected Results:
same icon scheme and visualization as it used to be 


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes
