Description:
looks just cheap/badly programmed to me. There is no functional problem, but it just looks bad; maybe it is easy to fix the bug..... 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move the Curser over the menu-list (Extra, Format...) on top of the page
2.

Actual Results:  
Flickering, looks bad

Expected Results:
no flickering


Reproducible: Always

Agreed. The issue has been reported before though, so closing this one.

Btw, if you are indeed using 5.4.2.2, then upgrading to 5.4.4 might improve, or even solve this issue.
