Windows 10 Ent 64-bit en-US (ver 1709) with Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) Build ID: 99210a149c859fcd683870b280adaeeffd1250e4 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 10.0; UI render: GL; //or default// TinderBox: Win-x86_64@42, Branch:master, Time: 2017-12-18_00:46:38 Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group threaded or Version: 5.4.4.2 (x64) Build ID: 2524958677847fb3bb44820e40380acbe820f960 CPU threads: 8; OS: Windows 6.19; UI render: GL; //or default// Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group I found no functional steps to reproduce. As soon as mouse cursor moves off the Page preview to focus on the X close button, the "Slide 1" tooltip releases. Neither does closing Draw <Ctrl>+F4, or LibreOffice <Alt>+F4 leave the tooltip.

Dear Jiri Novotny, Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
