Tools > LibreOffice > Advanced ... Expert Configuration Put focus in list properties Down and Up work Right expands a node Left does not collapse it (+ and - do work) (noticed before and in Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: acb43c0b8efbfb841e7b40603d75a8432eb21f21 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.13; UI render: default; VCL: gtk2; TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@70-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2018-01-09_01:20:44 Locale: nl-NL (nl_NL.UTF-8); Calc: group threaded )
Agree, Right to expand should be complimented by Left to collapse. But, why is KEY_LEFT being handled different to KEY_SUBTRACT when KEY_ADD is give same result as KEY_RIGHT?
@caolan: maybe you are interested in this one too? thanks!
what I see is that if focus is on a node that can collapse then left does collapse it, if the focus is on a node that can't collapse it moves focus to the parent node, and left again at that point collapses that parent, so that seems to work as its designed. Not sure if there needs to be any change there
opening and collapsing does work with +/- not (initially) with Left/Right now (in master) if a node has been opened/collapsed once by mouse or +/-, arrow Left/Right do work. (for only that node) It is of course not a major issue, but from many places I remember using the arrow keys.
revisiting some old bugs I only see the behavior of comment #3 which seems desirable to me and not different
