Could you give a try to a recent LO version?
Last stable one is 5.4.4

If it still fails, you can rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give a new try.

Don't hesitate to respond on the bugtracker.

If it still fails, you may check:
1) Java version. If you install LO 64 bits, you must have a Java 64 bits
2) Fonts: if you have installed specific fonts (I mean those which are not included on Windows or on MsOffice or LO), try to remove them for the test.
Indeed, some fonts trigger some pb
3) you can also check this page https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps (for OpenGL and OpenCL parts)

Finally, if you still have a crash, it could be interesting to have the backtrace, see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/Debug_Information#Windows:_How_to_get_a_backtrace

Of course, these are just suggestions, if you're fed up, I can understand.
