Description:
Currently, it is not possible to define a fullpage background in Writer. Backgrounds are only placed in the text area. 

Usecases are:

- Use the design of your office paper as background and create a pdf invoice.

- Put a fullpage image of your cat in the background

Actual Results:  
Backgrounds are only placed in the text area leaving white space

Expected Results:
Fullpage image in the background with or without bleeding edges

Such request already exists.

As workaround, you can define the page with 0cm margins and add padding in the border dialog page, which corresponds to the intended distance between content and paper edge.
