Description Clemens Eisserer 2018-01-20 16:54:56 UTC
I tried to install LibreOffice via Flatpak on my Fedora-27 box:

[root@localhost ce]# flatpak install org.libreoffice.LibreOffice.flatpakref
This application depends on runtimes from:
  https://dl.flathub.org/repo/
Configure this as new remote 'flathub' [y/n]: y
Installieren: org.libreoffice.LibreOffice/x86_64/stable
Erforderliche Laufzeit für org.libreoffice.LibreOffice/x86_64/stable (org.gnome.Platform/x86_64/3.24) ist nicht installiert. Suche läuft …
Found in remote flathub, do you want to install it? [y/n]: y
Installieren: org.gnome.Platform/x86_64/3.24 von flathub
[####################] 10 delta parts, 72 loose fetched; 196321 KiB transferred
Installieren: org.gnome.Platform.Locale/x86_64/3.24 von flathub
[####################] 21 metadata, 98 content objects fetched; 21603 KiB transferred in 15 seconds
Installieren: org.libreoffice.LibreOffice/x86_64/stable von flathub
[####################] 12 delta parts, 91 loose fetched; 168639 KiB transferred in 101 seconds

But when I try to run it (as ordinary user), the splash-screen appears for a short time, but nothing happens:

flatpak run org.libreoffice.LibreOffice
-> splash appears, disappeares, app no longer running

It doesn't matter whether I install with --system or --user

Does it work if you disable OpenGl ? -> https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/OpenGL

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Is it Fedora regular OS or virtual OS?
Did you remove other LO before getting flatpak?

Since no response, I'll close. If you repro again, please explain and set to Unconfirmed.
