Description:
Notebookbar icons with selectable sub-entries are not top-aligned with same level normal icons, but bottom-aligned, which looks ugly.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a LibreOffice document with Notebookbar set.
2.

Actual Results:  
You can see them in the attached screenshot.

Expected Results:
Not like that.

the arrows has change that they are now right align not on the bottom so the allignment of the labels are now way better. Thanks to szimon.

And everything else ist vertical center align. In all Tabbedbars in all apps. Final updates were done with 6.2.
