I can confirm with LO 6.1

in LO 4.4 -  whole table has blue background. From 5.3 only 4 cells has blue background. Maybe related to bug 62255

GNS3 training presentation page 6 saved with MSO

If we take PPTX and save it again with MSO 2016, it opens fine in LO, no blue color. 
If we open PPTX contents, we can see that some folders are missing. 
We don't know the origin of "GNS3 training presentation".
So I'll close this one as NotOurBug.

Note: yes, original issue is still present with LO 6.4+.
