Created attachment 139663 [details] Example file made with Word 2013, containing Attached docx was created with Word 2013. It contains some text, empty paragraphs (9), some of which (2) were marked as removed with Track Changes on. Open the file in LO, save it without any changes. Reopen in Word or LO. The empty paragraphs are no longer marked for removal, all 9 are finalized instead of 7, and there are no entries with Track Changes. The saving should retain the Track Changes entry.

Proposed fix: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/60503/ tdf#115521 DOCX export: keep empty paragraphs in tracked deletion of a paragraph sequence by inspecting every paragraph in a "redline" range. Before this fix, all empty paragraphs of a multiparagraph deletion reappeared as normal text in the DOCX export.
