Description: When I create new table using "Table -> Insert table (Ctrl+F12)" option a dialog appears. Unchecking "Border" checbox works but even if I do so table is created with borders. However, I may go into newly created table properties and unselect all borders, which works. Only creating table without borders is corrupted. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go into Inser table dialog "Table -> Insert Table (Ctrl+F12)" 2. Uncheck "Borders" checkbox 3. Confirm "Ok" Actual Results: Table is created with borders anyway Expected Results: Table shold be created without borders (only "grayed" borders should appear which indicates table design).
