Description:
If I remove the caption of an image the image too. I wish remove the caption of the image and that the image don't disapear

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Insert an image's caption
2.Remove the caption

Actual Results:  
The image disapear

Expected Results:
That the image is not deleted


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

I couldn't reproduce it with

A frame will be created when adding a caption to an image. So it might be about removing the frame & caption without the image?

Repro but solution is BUg 112854.
