It is VERY STRANGE that REPEATED (THE SECOND) installation of the C++ is needed to install the C++ pack: the C++ was installed during the installation of the LibreOficce v.601!  Very strange...  Thank for help, now the v.601 runs on Win7, after the SECOND  installation of C++.
