When using my surface pro 4, it's not possible to do any cells operations (using mouse, touchpad or touchscreen) like extending a formula to another cells or move content of a cell to another one, etc...
Looks like, this issue happens only on device with touchscreen capability. On normal desktop computer, all is working fine.
