As we get many crashes for old versions, we should encourage users to upgrade to newer versions when they experience a crash.

We need to store the information that we have a new version somewhere in the user profile (empty file flag e.g.) and then display a message accordingly in the crash dialog.

I guess this is fine. Maybe polling the crash db for the signature not existing in a newer version is too much to ask.
