Issue: table layout issue

Steps:
1. Open a writer
2. Create a table (atleast 2 rows and 2 columns)
3. On the first row - header name (bold, center) 
4. press tab to create another row. ---> the issue should appear on this step. the header (center, bold) will be converted to default settings (unbold, left).

However, this issue was previously reported in
