Saving a document: if the title of your page shows "Close to the Vest", when you go to save the document for the first time it should autofill the name of the doc as "Close to the Vest" automatically.
One issue one bug. Besides 1.) is open as bug 58685; 2.) is open as bug 41063 and 3.) <Alt>+TAB will switch between applications, <Cmd>+` (aka grave) will switch between LibreOffice document app frames.
