How menus look in Arch

Either larger distros such as Fedora and Ubuntu include the fonts necessary to make the Menu icons work or there is a bug in the GNOME that Solus and Arch use. After installing LibreOffice on Arch or Solus the menus have broken icons.

Forcing SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gen and SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk both workaround this bug.

I've been digging into this issue and it appears that this is related to the theme that the distros choose. So for now, closing this as NotOurBug and reporting downstream.
