Notice that the inner lines do not properly build a corner. The same is visible for borders imported from Word, see example 24 in attachment 140836 [details] from bug 116592.
@Armin: This is an issue for the border corner problem I have shown you on the Hackfest. Please assign it to you, if you will actually work on it. If not, it would be nice, if you add a code pointer.
